• Ensure the legality, safety, and proper packaging of shipped items.
• Comply with all local, national, and international regulations.
• Pay all fees, charges, and taxes on time.

Users are responsible for verifying shipment contents to avoid prohibited or restricted items.

4. Prohibited Items

You may not ship:

• Illegal substances or goods
• Hazardous or dangerous materials
• Items restricted by law or regulatory authorities

SL Logistics reserves the right to refuse, return, or report shipments that violate these restrictions.

5. Payment & Billing

All service fees must be paid as specified. Late payments may incur penalties or suspension of services. Accepted payment methods include:

• Credit/Debit cards
• Net banking / UPI
• Cash on delivery (where applicable)

Invoices are generated electronically, and payment confirmation will be sent via email or SMS.

6. Liability & Limitations

SL Logistics is not liable for:

• Delays due to natural disasters, strikes, or regulatory actions
• Loss, damage, or theft of shipments beyond declared liability limits
• Incorrect information provided by users

Our liability is limited to the terms stated in our service agreements. Users are encouraged to insure high-value items.

8. Intellectual Property
